Privacy Policy
Effective July 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how JTP Systems LLC d/b/a Dynacloud ("Dynacloud," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the Dynacloud platform, websites, and hardware (the "Service"). Dynacloud is a business-to-business product; we do not knowingly collect information from consumers or children.
Information we collect
Account information. Name, work email, company name, and role, provided when an account is created or a user is invited.
Operational data. Well, production, and equipment telemetry submitted through the Service or streamed from field hardware you operate.
Usage data. Log data and product-usage events (pages viewed, features used, device/browser metadata) used to operate and improve the Service.
Payment information. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store full card numbers; we receive limited billing metadata (e.g., billing email, last four digits, subscription status) from Stripe.
How we use information
To provide, secure, and improve the Service; to authenticate users and send service communications (e.g., account, verification, and billing emails); to provide support; to process payments; to analyze and improve product performance; and to comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers ("subprocessors") that help us run the Service under contractual confidentiality and security obligations, including:

- Stripe — payment processing.
- PostHog — product analytics.
We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, safety, and security of Dynacloud, our customers, and the public. If we undergo a business transfer, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter as required for legitimate business or legal purposes. Certain operational telemetry is subject to retention windows within the platform.
Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, certificate-based device authentication, access controls, and tenant isolation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
